Visited over 300 locations in 3 major markets - Tokyo, Seoul and Paris - to gather insights across notable cafe packaging formats and experiences. Maintain ID voice within research and strategic team. Resulted in presentation to C-suite with defined packaging recommendations to explore, to improve customer experience for the over 10 million daily customers.
